As our long time followers have noticed, Farmer Mike loves to take pictures around the farm. Last year we started a new annual tradition, asking our community to choose their favorite photograph. Last year you chose the photo of Pineywoods Cow Peaches giving our Pineywoods Bull Rocky a bath.

With 2 new heritage breeds, Cotton Patch Geese and Bourbon Red Turkeys joining us at Ozark Akerz this year, there has been plenty of new posers! Mike also takes lots of photos of the insects, reptiles, birds etc on the farm to record and verify the increasing biodiversity on the farm (so far we have identified 525 species!) and he has been known to take a few selfies and photos of Farmer Sue interacting with the animals. Sue doesn't take many photos, but one of hers made it into the mix this year!
